Stylish and spotless our rooms are large,airy and tastefully decorated with stylish wall hangings and pictures Four Bedrooms- all the bedrooms have a large balcony with comfortable seating where you can sit and soak in the sea breeze. The blue bedroom has a double bed whereas the other bedrooms have twins beds(which can come together as a double). All four bedrooms have air-conditioning. All Bedrooms come with a ceiling fan, seating, wardrobe. beside table and lamp. Three Bathrooms- conatin hand basin, vanity mirror, western style WC and shower with hot and cold water. Kitchen- offers everything that a self-catered villa would need with clean worktops and fitted cupboards. The kitchen is fully furnished with a fridge, freezer, kettle, washing machine, toaster, microwave, 4 ring gas stove with oven, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. Living Room- on the ground floor opens out a covered terrace leading into the gardedn and there is also seating in the front porch. The living room has a 3 seater sofa, 2 armchairs and a coffee table. Television with cable, books and magazines are also provided. Dinning Room- The dining room has a table with 6 chairs. Garden- the whole villa is immaculately kept as are the surrounding gardens. The garden is very pretty and well tended and stocked with fruit trees. Iron and ironing board. House Keeping is done daily and linen and towels are changed twice a week. A gardener maintins the garden area. Stays longer than 3 days withh receive a welcome pack consisting of eggs, bread, butter, toilet roll, soap, coffee, sugar and tea, just to make the transition a bit easier and welcome you to our holiday home. Extra Facilities: 1) Internet Access- INR 1000 per week. 2) Laptop hire- INR 1000 per week. If you would be interested in these facilities, please mention at the time of booking as they will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Prices for these extra facilities are calculated on per week basis, stays shorter than one week will incur the same charges. Please note that there is no charge for children under 5 years old. Children aged between 6-11 will be charged INR 600 per person per day when sharing a room with parents as no extra bed will provided. If children require an extra bed then an extra room will be charged. Please specify the ages of children at time of travel. Proof of age of children is required whilst booking to avail discount. The minimum stay between 15 Dec 2010 -14 Jan 2011 is 1 week. Stays less than a week will be charged the weekly rate.
